Our application process includes three forms. Please print out the application information below, complete each form, and fax them to our community at (919) 781-0001. If you prefer, you may bring them to our leasing office during normal office hours.

Rental Application
Please fill in all necessary information. Each separate application is $50 to process. Our administrative fee is $75. Holding fee is $100. The application fee $50, plus admin fee of $75 which can be combined to equal $100. Holding fee of $100 must be a separate check, cashier's check, or money order - no cash.
